How do I know what pillow will suit me?

This is unfortunately one of those questions that we get asked alot and have no direct answer for.  Everyone is different, personal preference and personal size and shape all come into finding your perfect pillow match.  We are unable to recommend any particular pillows to a person but we can offer guidelines.  If you prefer 1 pillow or are shorter opt for the lower height pillows or the traditional shaped pillows, if you prefer 2 pillows or are taller opt for the higher height pillows or the traditional shaped pillows.

I have a discount voucher how do it redeem this?

Add your choosen items to your basket and proceed through the checkout process where you will find a box to enter your voucher code. Please note there are no spaces in our discount voucher codes.  The discount will then be applied.

Why do you charge extra for BFPO addresses?

The only way to ship parcels to a BFPO address is with Parcel Force, we have to complete a customs declaration and take the parcel to a local post office, all of which takes longer and costs more, to keep our normal shipping rates down, we feel it only right to pass this cost on.
